Mum joins 4th Horsham Brownie Guides as a leader. She took over as Brown Owl sometime in 1972 and was loved by all of the many young girls who passed through the group. She became very involved in Guiding as a whole and was Pack Holiday Advisor for Horsham Division and a County Trainer in Arts and Crafts. She liked challenges and one of her last Pack Holidays she ran she took the Brownies by minibus to Dartmoor in Devon.
